Could We Feed Clothe and Shelter the World with What We Throw Out!?
Yes — absolutely. The staggering amount of food, clothing, and housing resources wasted globally could, if managed differently, theoretically meet the basic needs of everyone on Earth.
Does Jesus care about feeding the hungry clothing the naked and sheltering the homeless?
Yes, very much so. In fact, caring for the hungry, the poor, and the homeless is central to Jesus' teachings in the Bible.

Grace Peace Group - Our Peace Group from Grace Mennonite Church meets with our local government representatives, and writes and send letters. We believe that Christians in the Peace Tradition have a responsibility to use our voices and hands for the cause of peace and justice.
Grace Justice - It has been said that “Peace and Justice are like the two wings of the bird, who cannot fly with one.” So it’s no great surprise that our Grace Peace Group has brought forth a Grace Justice Group. Jesus’s requirement in Matthew 25: 44-45 is that we care for the marginalized in our society. When we love and serve these neighbours, we love and serve Jesus.
MCC Thrift Store - MCC Thrift is a non-profit thrift shop. All proceeds support Mennonite Central Committee (MCC) in local and global relief, development and peace projects. Proceeds from MCC Thrift fund programs here in Ontario, Canada and globally.
Westview Centre for Women - Westview Centre4Women is a weekly drop-in providing women of all walks of life with a safe, welcoming, and dignified environment where we are accepted and encouraged. At WC4W we strive to treat everyone with dignity and respect.
