At just 34 years old, Vincent Mwiseneza is the largest cassava seed multiplier in Rwanda’s Eastern Province. Through a partnership with MEDA and the Virus Resistant Cassava for Africa project, Vincent produces disease-resistant cassava seeds for farmers in the region.
