Happy National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM)! Each October, NDEAM shines a spotlight on disability-inclusive employment and its impact.
The Raw Carrot provides supported employment for people living with disabilities and mental illness. Jobs are a sustainable means to address poverty and livelihood insecurity through a hand UP (instead of a handout).
