For more than two decades, Mennonite Central Committee's (MCC) work in the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK or North Korea) has responded to needs and hunger in the midst of a sensitive political climate. Projects include:
-Peacebuilding on both sides of the border: North and South Korea
-NK agriculturalists and farmers visiting a agricultural research station and a local farm in Manitoba
-Providing soya milk to children in orphanages and in schools
-Providing canned meat for thousands of people suffering from tuberculosis and hepatitis
MCC - Relief, development, and peace in the name of Christ!
